1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage patties according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.
2. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness (fried or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.
3. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each egg to melt slightly.
4. To assemble the sandwiches, spread grape jelly on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin.
5. Place a cooked sausage patty on top of the jelly.
6. Add the egg with melted cheese on top of the sausage.
7. Top with the other half of the English muffin to complete the sandwich.
8. Serve the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches warm with extra grape jelly on the side for dipping.
