Add the mushrooms and sauté until they soften and release their moisture.
Add broccoli and cook:
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and continue to sauté until both the mushrooms and broccoli are tender-crisp.
Season and serve:
Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings (e.g., garlic, soy sauce, ginger).
Serve hot as a side dish or a main course with rice or noodles.
Tips:
For extra flavor, add minced garlic to the pan with the mushrooms.
You can also add other vegetables to the stir-fry, such as carrots, bell peppers, or snap peas.
If you like a bit of sauce, stir in a tablespoon of soy sauce or hoisin sauce towards the end of cooking.
