  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into small squares or rectangles, depending on your desired size for the appetizers.
  2. Assemble the Appetizers:
    • Place the puff pastry squares on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
    • Spread a small amount of ketchup on each puff pastry square.
    • Layer with slices of boiled sausage, smoked sausage, tomato, and pickled cucumber on top of the ketchup.
