Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Pastry
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into small squares or rectangles.
Add Filling
Place a small spoonful of your desired filling in the center of each piece.
(Examples: cheese and herbs, ham and cheese, eggplant and feta.)
Seal Pastries
Fold each piece into a triangle or rectangle.
Press edges firmly to seal.
Egg Wash
Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake
Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Cool and Serve
Let cool slightly before serving.
