How to Make Okra Water:
Ingredients:
- 2-3 fresh okra pods
- 1 cup of water
Instructions:
- Wash the okra thoroughly to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- Slice off both ends of the okra pods and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Place the sliced okra in a cup of water and let it soak overnight (8-12 hours).
- In the morning, remove the okra pieces and drink the infused water on an empty stomach for the best results.
