Preparation:
Leave 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to soak in half a glass of water (100 ml) for an hour. Then add the lemon juice and mix it. Finally add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten.
Another way to consume chia seeds is in yogurt, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chia to a yogurt of your choice (if you want to lose weight look for a skimmed one) and consume it immediately, you can also let it rest for about 20 minutes, the chia will grow making the yogurt thick.
Remember to drink two liters of water a day, it is essential for chia to fulfill its function.
It is not suitable for people with hypertension, it is better to avoid the consumption of chia, as it has the effect of lowering blood pressure in our body. In any case, if you consume it, it is advisable to keep a strict control of your pressure.
