– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 inch ginger, grated
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup baby bok choy, halved
– 1 cup carrots, sliced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
