2. Stuff the Salmon:
• Cut a slit in the salmon fillets, creating a pocket.
• Stuff the shrimp mixture generously inside the salmon.
3. Cook the Salmon:
• In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
• Sear the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Cook the Whole Shrimp:
• In the same skillet, add the remaining whole shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until pink.
5. Assemble:
• Place the cooked salmon fillets on a plate, top with the seared shrimp, and spoon any extra sauce from the pan over the top.
