Whisk the eggs with the sugar and liquid vanilla, add the oil, yogurt or milk, beat everything well, then add the flour and the chemical washing powder.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
When your cake is golden brown, take it out of the oven, sprinkle it with a mixture of jam with orange blossom water.
Sprinkle the coconuts to decorate the cake.
