Simple and Healthy Apple Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • Oats, ground into flour: 100g (~1 cup)
  • Whole oats: 50g (~1/2 cup)
  • Apple, grated: 1
  • Banana, mashed: 1
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
  • Coconut oil (or your favorite oil): 2 tbsp
  • Nuts or almonds, chopped: 40g (~1/3 cup)
