First, beat the eggs well in a bowl. Then, season with salt to taste and add the cream cheese, mixing again until smooth.
Next, add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well until fully incorporated.
After that, add the cornstarch and continue mixing. Soon after, gently fold in the baking powder.
Then, pour the batter into a nonstick skillet that has been greased and preheated over low heat.
When the top is set and the bottom is golden and releases easily from the skillet, carefully flip it to brown the other side.
Finally, once both sides are golden, remove from the heat and serve right away.
