Instructions:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions until soft. Add baby potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Return patties to the skillet. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve hot.
