🔄 Step-by-step instructions

1️⃣  Prepare the ingredients.  Wash and slice the cucumber, ginger, and mint. Squeeze the lemon.
2️⃣  Stir in a glass.  Add the lemon juice, cucumber, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to the warm water.
3️⃣  Sweeten (optional).  Add honey or stevia, if desired.
4️⃣  Add the mint and cayenne pepper.  Add the mint leaves and a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
5️⃣  Stir and sip slowly.  Drink this in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
