Directions:
Prepare the Carrots
Peel and slice the carrots evenly, then place them in the slow cooker.

Make the Glaze
Mix the brown sugar, melted butter, water, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a small bowl until smooth.

Combine
Pour the glaze over the carrots and gently stir to coat them well.

Slow Cook
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, stirring occasionally so the glaze distributes evenly.

Serve
When the carrots are tender and the glaze has thickened, move them to a serving dish. Add parsley or chopped nuts if desired for extra color and texture.
