  1. Prepare the Beef:
    • Place the sliced beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix the Sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine the beef broth, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well to mix.
    • Pour this mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  3. Add Green Onions:
    • Add the white parts of the chopped green onions to the slow cooker.
    • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  4. Add Vegetables:
    • About 30 minutes before serving, add the sliced carrots and red bell pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook the Ramen Noodles:
    • About 10 minutes before serving, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions (usually 3–4 minutes in boiling water). Drain the noodles.
  6. Combine and Serve:
    • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the slow cooker, mixing them with the beef and vegetables.
    • Serve the beef ramen in bowls, garnishing with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro or parsley, and the green parts of the chopped green onions.
