In the bottom of your slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes evenly.
Add the chopped onion on top.
3. Combine Ingredients:
Spread the browned ground beef over the potatoes and onion.
In a small bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and vegetables.
4. Season and Cook:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are melded together.
5. Serve:
Stir the hash gently before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve warm as a standalone dish or pair with a side of crusty bread or a fresh salad.
