Spread flour on a plate and coat each cube evenly, shaking off excess.
Brown the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Brown the beef cubes in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Combine Ingredients:
Transfer the browned beef to your slow cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients and any juices left in the pot.
Cook:
Set the slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Finish and Serve:
Remove the bay leaf before serving.
