Crockpot Smoked Sausage, Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients

1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa or similar), sliced

1 lb green beans, trimmed

1 lb potatoes, cubed or baby potatoes halved

1 medium onion, chopped (optional)

3–4 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup chicken broth
-
2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: smoked paprika, onion powder, parsley, grated cheese
Instructions

Place the potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.

Add the green beans and sliced smoked sausage.

Add the onion and garlic if using.

Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.

Pour the chicken broth evenly over the ingredients.

Top with the butter pieces.

Cover and cook:

LOW: 6–7 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours
until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Gently stir before serving.
