Chuck on high put in your hock let it warm up while you Peel and cut up veg chuck on top of hock poor vegetable stock in or any stock you like put the 2 teaspoon of garlic and pepper on top
I’m starting off on high for an hour then to low for maybe another 6 hours I’ll check on it once it’s finished pull out the bone (the meat will fall off itself yum 😋)
