Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cilantro (if using). Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
3. Spread a portion of the filling mixture onto each tortilla, roll them tightly, and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tortillas are lightly golden and the filling is heated through.
5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
