Ingredients:
- 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham (7-8 pounds)
- 1 can (12 ounces) cherry cola
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup cherry preserves
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:
- Place the spiral-cut ham into your slow cooker. If needed, trim the ham to fit.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cherry cola, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cherry preserves, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Pour this mixture over the ham, ensuring it gets between the slices.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours, basting hourly with the cola mixture, until the ham is thoroughly heated and flavored.
- Transfer the ham to a serving platter. Pour the cooking juices into a saucepan and simmer until reduced to a thick glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the ham before serving.
