Preparation :
Preparation of Chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring regularly to obtain a smooth texture.
Incorporation of Ingredients: Add the praline, crushed hazelnuts and crumbled lace crepes to the melted chocolate. Mix well to coat all ingredients.
Formation of Rocks: Using two spoons, form small piles of mixture and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or in small silicone molds to give a regular shape.
Refrigeration: Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour for the rocks to harden.
Tasting: Unmold and enjoy these crispy rocks with a coffee or at the end of a meal.
