🥕 Carrot and ginger soup for energy

Required products:

  • 1 kg chopped carrots

  • 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2 onions, chopped

  • 1.5 l bone or vegetable broth

  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Bring the garlic, broth, ginger, and carrots to a boil and cook over low heat.
