Instructions:
Prepare the egg wash: In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until combined.
Mix the coating: In a large plastic bag, mix the flour, garlic salt, paprika, poultry seasoning, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken: Place the chicken in the flour mixture, seal the bag, and shake to coat. Dip the coated chicken in the egg mixture, then again in the flour mixture.
Fry the chicken: Heat oil in a skillet to 365°F. Brown the chicken on all sides in the hot oil, about 5 minutes per side.
Cook through: Turn the heat to medium-low and cook the chicken for another 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Drain and serve: Place the fried chicken on paper towels to drain excess oil, then serve hot.
