1. Cook the Steak & Shrimp:
Season shrimp and steak with paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and butter.
Add steak slices and sear until browned and just cooked (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook shrimp until pink and lightly seared (about 1–2 minutes per side). Set aside with the steak.
2. Make the Creamy Alfredo Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. Let it melt and thicken the sauce (about 3–4 minutes).
Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne if you like it extra spicy.
3. Combine Everything:
Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss to coat with sauce.
Optional: add cooked pasta or spiralized veggies. Toss again to coat well.
4. Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley, extra Parmesan, or crushed red pepper flakes.
Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad.
👨🍳 Tips:
For extra flavor, deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine before making the Alfredo sauce.
Want it cheesier? Add 1/4 cup of mozzarella or cream cheese to the sauce.
Swap shrimp for scallops, or steak for chicken, if desired.
