Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the mozzarella cheese sticks into thirds, making bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Cheese: Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
Stuff with Spinach: Gently press a small amount of chopped spinach onto each mozzarella stick, making sure it sticks to the coating.
Fry the Sticks: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the coated cheese sticks in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve: Enjoy the spinach mozzarella sticks warm, with your favorite dipping sauce.
