Prepare the Steak: Slice the steak into ½ inch strips and set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables: Deseed and slice the red pepper, green/yellow pepper, and onion into thin strips.
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the Steak: Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the peppers and onions. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized.
Combine: Return the cooked steak back into the skillet with the vegetables. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
Serve: Serve the fajitas in warm flour tortillas with your choice of toppings such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and cheese.
