Prepare the Ganage, remove the cake from the refrigerator and cover it generously with the top and sides on a grill, overlaying one layer at a time until the Ganage is cooked. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least two (2) hours and enjoy it without guilt or guilt ahahah. I recommend passing the knife.
