Stomach-Soothing Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 finely sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 3 zucchini, chopped
  • Water (enough to submerge the vegetables)
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (or more to taste)
  • 1 block of processed cheese, grated
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 3 slices of bread
  • Olive oil (for brushing the bread)
  • Salt (for seasoning the bread)
  • Dried garlic (for seasoning the bread)
  • Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
