Instructions:

Pour the milk into a pot and heat over medium heat until it almost starts boiling (about 80-85°C / 175-185°F).
2️⃣ Add Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Stir in the vinegar or lemon juice and reduce heat to low.
The milk will start curdling immediately—this is the cheese forming!
3️⃣ Strain the Cheese
Line a strainer with a clean cloth or cheesecloth and pour the mixture through.
Let it drain for 5-10 minutes.
4️⃣ Season & Shape
Sprinkle with salt and mix lightly.
For crumbly cheese, leave it as is.
For a firmer texture, press it into a mold and let it sit for 1-2 hours.
