Storing Fresh Eggs

Liquid Eggs and Replacements: Unopened liquid eggs can last a week past the “sell-by” date, but once opened, use them within two days. Egg replacements have a longer shelf life of 10-14 days when refrigerated.

Preventing Bacterial Growth: Store eggs below 40°F (4.4°C) to prevent bacterial growth. Remember, “bacteria thrive in warmer conditions,” so be cautious in warm climates.
