In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a dish or individual cups, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberries.
Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding.
Repeat layers as needed.
Garnish with more strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
