Make the dough:
In a large bowl, mix yeast, warm milk, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour. Mix and knead until smooth (about 5–7 minutes).
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare fillings:
In one bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry jam until smooth.
In another small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Assemble rolls:
Roll out dough into a large rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
Spread the cinnamon-butter layer first, then gently spread the strawberry cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle diced strawberries over top.
Roll tightly from the long side and cut into 12 rolls.
Bake:
Place rolls in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Cover and let rise 30–40 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
Glaze:
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
