Instructions
1. Prep the Strawberries
Wash strawberries, remove the tops, and slice them 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Dish
Line the bottom of a 3-quart (13×9 inch) baking dish with graham crackers.
3. Make the Cream Cheese Filling
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
4. Add Pudding and Milk
Add pudding mixes and milk to the bowl. Mix on low speed for 4–5 minutes, until the mixture begins to thicken.
5. Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until smooth.
6. Assemble the Cake Layers
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers in the dish.
Arrange a single layer of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
Top strawberries with another layer of graham crackers.
Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
Add another layer of strawberries on top.
7. Chill
Cover the dish and refrigerate for 6–8 hours to set.
8. Serve
