Make the Cheesecake Dip:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Fold in whipped cream gently for a light texture.
Swirl in strawberry jam for a marbled effect.
Assemble and Serve:
Place the crispy strawberry crunch nachos in a serving basket.
Serve with the strawberry cheesecake dip on the side, garnished with a drizzle of strawberry puree if desired.
