Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.

Remove the bowl and beaters from the freezer. Add the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry Jello powder to the bowl.

Whip on high speed using an electric mixer for 4 to 5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
