Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Using a spoon or piping bag, form small mounds of mashed potatoes on the tray.

Use the back of a spoon to press the center and create a “nest” or well in each mound.
4. Fill and Bake

Spoon your chosen filling into the center of each potato nest.

Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top if desired.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
5. Serve Warm

Garnish with chopped parsley, chives, or a drizzle of sour cream.

Serve hot as an appetizer, side dish, or snack.
