Instructions:

– Remove from heat, mix in the shredded cheese, and let cool.
2. Make the Potato Mixture:
– Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
– Add the egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Assemble the Pancakes:
– Take a small handful of the potato mixture and flatten it in your hand.
– Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
– Gently fold the edges over the filling and shape into a patty. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
4. Fry the Pancakes:
– Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
– Cook the stuffed pancakes for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
– Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or chives.
– Pair with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
