Directions:
1. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil, then season with olive oil and salt.
2. Bake at 200° for 1 hour.
3. Fry the chopped onion in a pan with oil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
4. Also add the grated carrot and sausage.
5. Cut the baked potatoes with a knife and add them to the filling.
6. Now add the cheese and mix well.
7. Use this mixture to stuff the potatoes.
8. Cook for another 15 minutes.
