Sugar-Free and Butter-Free American Apple Pie Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Oatmeal Crust:
    • Grind 150 grams of oatmeal into a fine powder.
    • Mix the oatmeal powder with 40 milliliters of water to form a thick mixture.
    • Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix well.
    • Grease a baking pan with a small amount of oil, then spread the oatmeal mixture evenly over the pan to create the crust.
  2. Prepare the Apple Filling:
    • Peel and core 800 grams of apples, then cut them into small pieces.
    • In a pan, simmer the apple pieces with a little water until they are soft and tender.
    • Once the apples are cooked, add 50 grams of raisins, 1 tablespoon of natural honey, and cinnamon to taste. Mix well, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.
    • Pour the apple mixture evenly over the prepared oatmeal crust.
  3. Bake the Pie:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Bake the pie for approximately 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once baked, garnish with slices of tangerine and a sprig of rosemary for added flavor.
    • Enjoy this guilt-free dessert with a hot cup of black tea steeped in 0.9 liters of hot water for 10 minutes.
