1. Season & Cook Steak:
Pat steaks dry, season generously with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear steaks 3–4 min per side (medium-rare), add butter and baste. Rest steaks.
2. Sauté Shrimp:
Toss shrimp in Cajun seasoning. In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic and shrimp. Cook 2 min per side until pink and slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.
3. Make Cream Sauce:
In the skillet, pour in cream, stir in Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer 3–5 min until thickened.
4. Assemble:
Place steaks on plate, spoon sauce over top, and pile on shrimp. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
