INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat Oven & Make Glaze
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat brown sugar and butter on high for 1 minute, or until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare Biscuits
Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
In a small bowl, mix the white sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mix into the center of each biscuit.
Place one cream cheese cube in the center, then fold and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Step 3: Assemble the Monkey Bread
Coat a 10-inch fluted tube pan (Bundt pan) with cooking spray.
Sprinkle ½ cup of nuts into the bottom of the pan (optional).
Layer half of the filled biscuits into the pan.
Pour half the brown sugar and butter mixture over them.
Sprinkle another ½ cup of nuts (optional).
Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, glaze, and nuts.
Step 4: Bake & Serve
Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Immediately invert onto a serving platter.
Serve warm.
STORAGE
Refrigerate leftovers and reheat as needed.
