Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 lb ground beef

1 large egg, beaten

½ cup breadcrumbs

½ onion, grated

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

For the Casserole:

2 ½ cups egg noodles

1 cup beef broth

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 pint heavy cream

1 ½ cups Swiss cheese, grated

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
