Instructions:
Crush the Butterfinger Bars: Start by unwrapping the Butterfinger candy bars and crushing them into small pieces. You can use a food processor or simply place them in a sealed plastic bag and smash them with a rolling pin for some fun!
Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Butterfingers with the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture is well-combined and holds together.
Form the Balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a tablespoon. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill: Place the tray of Butterfinger balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
Coat with Chocolate: While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Once the balls are set, dip each one into the melted chocolate, making sure they are completely coated.
Set and Serve: Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate them for an additional 10-15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to harden. Once set, they’re ready to enjoy!
These Butterfinger Balls are a crunchy, sweet, and satisfying treat that combines the best of both worlds: peanut butter and chocolate. Perfect for any occasion, they’re sure to be a hit with everyone!
