3 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 1/2 cup water)
Chopped chives (to taste)
Sesame seeds (to taste)
Granulated rice (optional)
Preparation:
1. Cut the pork into thick slices, then pound it to soften the meat and cut it into strips, place it in a bowl.
2. Season with shoyu sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 2 eggs, mix well. Then set aside or refrigerate for 30 minutes to 3 hours.
3. In a container add the flour, then pass the strips, bread well and set aside.
