Ingredients :
2 pounds Ground Beef, lean
1 can Sweet Corn, drained
1 can Nacho Cheese Soup
1 packet Taco Seasoning
2 pound bag Tater Tots, frozen
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350*
2. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish
3. In a skillet over medium high heat, crumble and brown the ground
beef until it is no longer pink
4. Drain the excess grease from the skillet
5. Add the packet of Taco Seasoning and stir to combine
6. Saute for 3 minutes
7. Add the can of Nacho Cheese Soup and the Sweet Corn, Stir to combine well
8. Continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
9. Pour the meat mixture into a 9×13 baking dish
10. Top the meat mixture with the Tater Tots, Be sure to lay them out in an even layer
11. Bake for 45 minutes
12. Remove and sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese over the tater tots.
13. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
