– 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
– 2 sprigs fresh thyme
– 2 bay leaves
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
