The best recipe: bread, soft and crispy!

Forming:

Once risen, gently knead the dough and shape it into a loaf. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Set aside to rise for another 30 minutes.

Baking: Preheat the oven to 220°C (420°F). Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven (this will give the bread a crispy crust). Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and sounding hollow when tapped underneath.
Cooling: After baking, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Spread with butter and enjoy!
Tip:
Add your favorite seeds, like sunflower seeds or flax seeds, to the dough for a different flavor!
