Soak the ham with this mixture and bake for 1 hour, sprinkling it every 20 minutes with the cooking juice.
If necessary, raise the temperature to 200°C for the last 10 minutes to get a nice golden glaze.
Serve the ham with vegetable mashed or a fresh salad.
