Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar to make the glaze.
Pour half of the glaze over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and pour the remaining glaze over the top.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture. You can also substitute ground turkey for a leaner option. If you’re gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs or oats instead. For a different flavor profile, try using a barbecue sauce glaze instead of honey mustard. Feel free to add chopped bell peppers or grated carrots to the meat mixture for extra veggies and texture.
